Busy weeks do not need a harder program. They need a shorter one that still has a name, a time, and a bag that is already packed.
Put training on the calendar first
Block three 35-minute holds the way you block a call. Morning usually survives better than “after work.” If a day dies, move the block — do not delete it.
Decide the night before
Write the session in a journal or the planner before you sleep. Fill the bottle. Put shoes by the bag. Decision-making in the morning is where most skips start.
Use a floor you already have
When the commute is the problem, keep a home backup: bands and a rope. Twenty minutes in the living room still counts. The Starter Performance Kit covers the bag for gym days so you are not rebuilding the kit every Sunday.
Measure attendance, not heroics
Log completed days. A four-week streak of short sessions beats one ambitious week and three absences. Intensity can come back when the calendar is quieter.
