This Shipping Policy applies to physical Pure PRFM orders placed on pureprfm.com. Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are not shipped.
1. Processing
Physical orders typically leave our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time on a business day are more likely to process the same day.
2. Delivery windows
Standard delivery within the continental United States usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations (when offered) may take longer. Tracking is emailed when the carrier provides it.
3. Free shipping
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping on eligible physical products within the continental United States, unless a promotion states otherwise.
4. Digital products
Digital planners and downloadable files are delivered instantly by email and through your account dashboard after payment clears. No carrier shipment applies.
5. Lost or damaged packages
Report non-delivery or visible damage within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos when available. We will work with the carrier on a replacement or credit for carrier-confirmed loss or damage.
