1. The brand
Pure PRFM sells fitness organization tools: workout planners, journals, hydration gear, recovery accessories, performance kits, and digital training templates. Content is educational and organizational only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account or purchase. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
3. Orders and payments
Prices are in USD unless stated. You authorize our payment processor to charge the method you select. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, mispriced, or unfulfillable.
4. Digital products
Digital files are licensed for personal use under our Digital Product License. Delivery is electronic. Once delivered, digital sales are final as described in the Refund & Return Policy.
5. Physical products
Descriptions and images aim to be accurate; colors and sizing can vary slightly. Shipping timelines are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass according to carrier handoff unless law requires otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, resell digital files, reverse engineer checkout, or use Pure PRFM materials for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
Site copy, branding, product designs, and downloadable templates belong to Pure PRFM unless noted. Personal-use licenses do not transfer ownership.

Pure PRFM products and content are for fitness organization, general wellness, and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or injury. THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Pure PRFM against claims arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use is acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict rules, except where mandatory consumer law applies.
